A structural engineer is reviewing Jefferson High School's press box following an inspection by the Fire Marshal. While that review is underway, the press box and the Home Team bleachers are closed. The bleachers are blocked because of their proximity to the press box, not because of any concern with the bleachers themselves at this time.
Students can continue to use the field and practice as scheduled. The Away Team bleachers remain open, and fans of both the home and away teams will use them.
