Congratulations to the Jefferson High School Marching Band and Color Guard for their 1st place finish in group 4A at the Big Apple Tournament of Bands with their “Hercules” show!
The win included outstanding visual and outstanding music awards. The band scored 82.47, almost a 5 point increase over their previous score, which earned them a 1st place win at the Martinsburg Band Spectacular a couple weeks prior. This win also puts Jefferson as ranked first for their group in the entire tournament, which encompasses nine states across the Mid-Atlantic.
Be sure to wish them luck as they prepare for the upcoming Chapter Championship!
